Since, I could not post information regarding my ServiceNow training. I thought I share some non-confidential resources I found that were helpful and hopefully it will be helpful to you too.

• ServiceNow Product Documentation

  • This provides a high-level overview of ServiceNow’s Now Platform

  • Which comes in different release versions named after a few famous cities around the world such as:

    • Quebec
    • Paris
    • Orlando
    • New York
    • Madrid
    • London

I particularly enjoyed learning about User Administration where it covers how to create users, groups, best practices, add companies, departments, roles, etc.

• ServiceNow DevOps Documentation

  • This provide a high-level overview of ServiceNow’s DevOps application
  • This also has the same release versions as the Now Platform

As for ServiceNow DevOps I like the overall UI and automated change management component.

There’s so much to cover and I’m enjoying learning as much as I can.
