Which IT industry certs I’m preparing for?
There is a large array of professional IT certs in many different sub-sets of IT.
It can be overwhelming trying to decide which ones to take.
Although, I have decided to focus on my Cloud Certs firsts:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
- AWS
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C01) Exam
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-C02) Exam
- AWS Certified Developer Associate (DVA-C01) Exam

- AWS Certified Developer Associate (DVA-C01) Exam
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional (DOP-CO1) Exam
- Google Cloud
- Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Architect
Then, I would like to also obtain the following certs:
- Comptia
- Security+
- Linux Foundation
- Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate (LFCA) exam
- Linux Foundation Certified Administrator (LFCS) exam
- Linux Foundation Certified Engineer (LFCE) exam
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) exam
As you can see I have a long list of certs I’m interested in obtaining, but I will adjust which ones to take based on employment opportunities I believe I’m a match for.
Right now, I’m actively studying for the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate exam. I plan to take the exam in late May 2021.
